WHAT IS A PROPERTY EMERGENCY?


Before you dial for an emergency, here are some helpful guidelines!


An emergency consists of a property related emergency - typically, something that can cause damage to the property, common area grounds, your apartment or a neighbors apartment.


EMERGENCIES

  • Flooding inside/Active damaging water leak that can't wait until the next day
  • Fire/smoke (call 911 first)
  • Suspected gas leak
  • Lockout* (See Note Below)
  • Heat not working if outside temp is below 45F.


NON EMERGENCIES

  • Air conditioning related
  • Power outages/power related
  • Noisy neighbors, arguments with your room mate, spouse, or friends
  • Keypad code changes
  • Parking lot related items
  • Lease/Rent/Utility bill questions
  • Anything else that is not an immediate threat to you or your apartment or common grounds


LOCKOUTS



  • Keypad locks indicate when the battery is running low by flashing green - red - green - red after you type in your code.


  • Notify management immediately if your battery is running low to prevent a lockout!

Non-Emergencies SHOULD STILL BE REPORTED



We will make sure each item is quickly addressed during normal business hours!
