COVID 19 Resident Guidance

May 17, 2020

Last Update: MAY 17, 2020 | This page will be updated as new guidance is issued or information is obtained.

The current situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is fluid and changing almost daily. This page will contain constant updates and we encourage residents to check back regularly.

Our on site management office remains closed to residents and the public, however management staff is still working and available. Management staff is still monitoring the on site drop box for rent payments.

We are working with residents in every way possible regarding rent payments. Please review the following sections for information on rent due and what to do if you have lost a job or had your hours reduced/eliminated due to COVID-19.

JUNE RENT - READ CAREFULLY
  • RENT, UTILITIES, AND ALL OTHER APARTMENT RELATED COSTS WILL BE DUE AS NORMAL JUNE 1ST
  • RENT PAID ON OR BEFORE JUNE 1ST WILL RESULT IN A 10% DISCOUNT ON JULY RENT. THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY PAID RENT HAVE ALREADY EARNED THIS DISCOUNT
  • LATE FEES WILL BE WAIVED IN JUNE FOR RESIDENTS WHO COMMUNICATE THEIR SITUATION WITH US PRIOR TO JUNE 1st ONLY

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Rent & Utility obligations will not go away - However, we are assisting as much as possible by offering rent credit to those who prioritize their rent payments, by waiving late fees to those who communicate with us. It is important to understand that rent will accrue (add up) if unpaid. When the virus goes away, we don't want you to be left with a large bill!

2) Janitorial Staff is disinfecting common area doors regularly and the laundry rooms and machines are cleaned weekly

3) VISIT CDC.GOV For information on how to stay safe.

IF YOU HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS FOR ASSISTANCE CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW YOU WILL BE LATE, WE CAN WORK ON A PAYMENT PLAN FOR ELIGIBLE TENANTS.

WHAT IF MY HOURS HAVE BEEN REDUCED OR JOB LOST?
  • Request paid leave from your supervisor immediately. The Federal Government has passed legislation covering MANY employees/employers. Click here for information.
  • FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS IMMEDIATELY AT unemployment.in.gov
  • The Governor has signed an executive order allowing Unemployment benefits to expand to cover reduced hours. You can apply FROM YOUR PHONE in minutes.
