RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS | SCROLL DOWN FOR LISTINGS

All Bohouse managed apartments have the same basic rental qualifications listed below.
In some cases, certain apartments have varying requirements and those variances will be listed on the rental listing itself.
Besides the three main categories below, Bohouse will check all background, including criminal & sex offender registries.

Most apartments require a credit score of 600 or better to qualify for the posted deposit. Less than 600 credit or collections accounts with balances will increase your deposit. Too many collection accounts or balances that are too high may result in a denial.

Most apartments require that the applicant earn 3x the rent in monthly, verifiable income.

All posted apartments require the applicant to have no prior evictions or landlord disputes of any kind. Even dismissed evictions or damages owed to prior landlords will result in a denial, regardless of when they occurred.
